LED posters: the modern replacement for printed signage
Nobody looks at a roll-up banner. An LED poster is a different story. This foldable, poster-sized display goes up in minutes, takes its content straight from your phone and plays whatever you need: video, animation or a rotation of sponsor logos.
GMITTER MEDIA is the technology partner of the ta3 conference series, where our LED posters appear in live broadcast.

A digital poster you can switch on anywhere
An LED poster is a free-standing LED display in the vertical format of a classic printed poster, measuring 640 x 1920 mm. Unlike a printed poster or a roll-up, it is not locked to a single design: you change the content remotely from a phone or tablet, whenever you want and without a print shop.
An LED poster needs no construction work and no extra equipment. Unfold it, plug it into a standard socket and it plays. After the event it folds back into its flight case and travels to the next one.
And when one panel is not enough: the magnetic panels lock together into a seamless LED wall of 5.2 x 2 m built from eight units. The poster becomes a stage backdrop. GMITTER MEDIA supplies LED posters in this configuration as well.

Why an LED poster beats a roll-up
Content changes from your phone
New programme, different sponsor, new promotion. The change takes minutes instead of days and costs nothing in printing.
Set up in minutes
No drilling, no installation crew. Unfold it, plug it in, it plays.
Sharp up close
A pixel pitch of P1.8 keeps the image crisp even from half a metre away. Ideal for foyers, receptions and registration areas.
From poster to wall
Join up to eight magnetic panels and you have an LED wall of 5.2 x 2 m. One investment, two products.
Portable and protected
Every poster comes with its own flight case, so moving it between venues or events carries no risk of damage.
Service and content included
GMITTER MEDIA does not just ship hardware. We help with content, train your staff and stay one phone call away.

Where LED posters work best
GMITTER MEDIA supplies LED posters mainly to three types of client: event agencies, hotels with conference facilities, and stores and showrooms.
Event agencies
Add posters to your own fleet and offer clients what a roll-up cannot do:
- branded entrances and registration areas at conferences and gala evenings
- sponsor rotations in real time instead of static banners
- wayfinding and navigation around the venue
- product launches: an LED poster next to the stand running a video presentation
- fashion shows, automotive presentations and concerts, where the vertical format suits people and products perfectly
Hotels and conference venues
Conference clients now expect digital. A hotel with its own LED posters has one more argument when selling its spaces:
- welcome boards and registration areas carrying the client logo
- event programmes and wayfinding that change during the day
- sponsor space you can sell again and again
- weddings, product presentations and fashion shows
Stores, showrooms and receptions
In retail and at receptions the LED poster replaces the printed sheet in the window and at the entrance:
- a promotion in the window or at the door, changed in a minute
- video product presentations where customers wait
- a modern first impression at reception instead of a faded poster
Shop window LED screen, digital totem or LED poster?
The same panels can be built in several ways and each solves a different situation. If you are not sure which format fits your venue, describe the space and we will recommend a solution.
LED screen for a shop window
An advertising LED panel facing the street that, unlike a printed poster, keeps working after closing time and draws attention on its own after dark. The critical parameter is brightness: the image has to stay readable through glass and in direct sunlight. It can be built as a free-standing poster placed behind the window, or as a fixed LED screen suspended in the window space.
Digital totem and advertising stand
A vertical digital poster on its own base, standing in a foyer, at an entrance or in a shopping passage. That is exactly what an LED poster is: a mobile totem on castors that you move to wherever the event is taking place, with no anchoring and no building permit.
Wall mounted advertising LED panel
When the content is to stay in one place permanently, the panels are mounted directly on the wall as a continuous surface of any size. It suits a reception area, the space behind a counter or a meeting room. This solution needs a power supply and installation, but it takes up no floor space.
In all three cases we deliver the design, installation, operator training and content. The only difference is whether the surface stays mobile or fixed.
Buy, rent or try it first
Buy and own
The poster and its flight case become part of your kit. Agencies recover the investment by renting to their own clients, hotels by selling conference packages. GMITTER MEDIA offers financing with instalments of up to 60 months.
Rent for an event
A one-off event? Rent the posters including delivery, setup, an operator on site and content preparation. We arrive, set up, run the show and take everything away.
See it live
Do not buy blind. Book a visit to our Bratislava showroom or a demo at your own venue and judge the P1.8 image with your own eyes.

Proven in live broadcast
GMITTER MEDIA is the technology partner of the ta3 conference series, where our LED posters are part of the live broadcast. Technology that holds up in front of television cameras will hold up at your event too.
Content is king and technology is the throne.
Pavol Gmitter, GMITTER MEDIA
At ta3 conferences the posters stand in the foyer, at registration and on stage, where we combine them into a seamless LED wall. The same posters work in hotel lobbies, where they have replaced printed welcome boards.
