2. Data we process

Contact and showroom forms: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. Technical data: standard technical data (IP address, browser type) and - only with your consent given in the cookie banner - analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process form data to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps prior to entering into a contract). After you submit a form, we send you a confirmation e-mail. Analytics and marketing cookies are processed solely based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

Data is processed on our behalf by: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Brevo / Sendinblue GmbH (e-mail delivery), Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics and advertising - only with consent) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (advertising - only with consent). Transfers to US-based providers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of handling your enquiry and up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises. Cookie data is retained according to the settings of the respective tools.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. 7. Cookies

On your first visit you choose in the cookie banner whether to allow analytics and marketing cookies. Essential technical cookies are used to provide the basic functionality of the website. You can change your choice by clearing cookies in your browser - the banner will appear again on your next visit.
